Why?
Because honestly, if you look at Youtube hypnosis stuff it’s mostly male hypnotists, and if you’re like me and hypnosis has developed all of these intimate connotations, and you happen to be straight, or you happen to think male hypnotists are, for lack of a better term, kinda creepy (that’s a whole thing for another day, they aren’t, but… no, you know what, no, I’m not going to get into it now), then it can be hard to find solid, informative, and affecting hypnosis content on that platform.

So, let’s go over a few basics before we go through Day 1.
